A Familiar Face part 2

Oshlie was taken by Griffy to Twilight and Spike's library to learn Pontalk (Pony language). After reading a language book, Oshlie then could speak fluently in the Pony language like her brother, Griffy, could.

"So Oshlie", asked Griffy in Gabbagonian as he and his sister left the library, "What are you doing outside of Gabbagon anyways?"

"I was curious about the rest of the EverFree Forest", replied Oshlie, "I got very hungry and hunted down a small Rabbit near the edge of the forest's boundries, near the edge of this unnatural world needing a Pony's attention to function properly. I chase that Rabbit, it rushes to a Pony for cover, I interigate the Pony to hand it over, I chase the two and then I bump into you"

"That Rabbit is named Angel", said Griffy, "And that Pony you nearly interigated by holding her throat was my closest female friend, Fluttershy"

"Sorry for attacking your pals, bro", said Oshlie, blushing in embarresment.

The two then bumped into Rarity.

"Griffy tells me you have a need to look fabulous", said Rarity with an intrigued smile.

"Why yes, I do", replied Oshlie in Ponytalk, "I constantly clean my fur and feathers every day with my tongue"

"YOUR TONGUE?!", cried out Rarity in shock, "How's that being gentle with your natural good looks?"

"Normal Creatures clean themselves like that all the time", replied Oshlie.

"The way you put it sounds intriguing in a way", said Rarity, "Now let us all go to Griffy's home in the park to get a feel for Gabbagonian culture, Twilight scheduled that"








Later on in the park, Spike and the six Ponies were sitting down and facing in front of Griffy's Maple Tree while Griffy and Oshlie were in front of them all facing them while they all sat under the Tree. The two Pygmy Griffins were telling a story from their childhood.

"So there we were, stuck on the outskirts of Gabbagon with our younger sister and older brother jus because we all got curious since my experience with that Forest Dragon", said Griffy with a happy expression, "No way of communicating with the adults, low on sustinence and a Wolverine closing in on us four chick-cubs"

"So what did you do?", asked Pinkie Pie with excitement.

"I zoom in front of the Wolverine and peck its paw as hard as I can with my beak", said Oshlie with a smile, "While that Mustelid was temporarily distracted, the four of us retreated back to Gabbagon as fast as our legs could carry us, since none of us could fly yet, except Griffy and our big brother"

"Nice tale", said Twilight, "What else do you Pygmy Griffins do besides get into trouble? No offense"

"Well we like to scavenge carrion of larger Animals", replied Oshlie, "Speaking of which, I have'nt eaten since I got here, got any carrion?"
